Surf and Stand-Up classes take place by appointment at Praia Grande. Classroom location can be changed depending on weather and sea conditions.

Average duration of class: 1 hour

In classes we cover: safety at sea, equipment, rules of etiquette, stretching, warm-up and practice at sea.

The student is always accompanied by the instructor at sea for greater safety.

Included in class: Board (Longboard, Softyboard model for greater floatation), strep and paraffin.
